Implementation of SOAR, our school-wide positive behavior support program

Weekly whole class lessons to develop social skills and emotional intelligence using RULER

School Re-Opening Resources
In just a few short weeks, we will be re-opening Botelle School following the COVID-19 closure. I am looking forward to seeing familiar faces and new faces, even under masks! This transition may be very challenging for your child. Please see the resource page above for resources to help ease the transition back to school this fall.
RULER Implementation Underway!
This year, we have begun to introduce RULER, an evidence-based approach for integrating social and emotional learning into schools. All of our classes have created Charters, a tool designed to help our school community build and maintain a positive emotional climate. All of our classes have also begun to learn about The Mood Meter. The Mood Meter helps students and adults identify and label emotions. More information for families...coming soon!
Schedule Changes
This summer, my family grew by one member and we welcomed Connor Chabot into our world! Following my return from my maternity leave, I made the challenging decision to reduce my hours at Botelle School. I am now available at Botelle Tuesday-Friday in an effort to spend more time with my children. As usual, I am always available through email. Don't hesitate to contact me!
